AI disclosure

Some calls and messages from C-Suite Technologies are handled by artificial intelligence (“AI”). We disclose this clearly: any call placed or answered by our system begins by stating it is AI-assisted and may be recorded. We do not use AI to make cold, unsolicited outbound sales calls. We never claim our AI “replaces” your staff, and we make no guarantee of specific revenue or earnings.

SMS terms & opt-in

• Program: C-Suite Technologies sends account, appointment, and service-related text messages, and — where you have opted in — occasional informational messages.
• Consent: By providing your mobile number and opting in, you agree to receive text messages, which may be AI-generated, about our services. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
• Frequency: Message frequency varies.
• Cost: Message and data rates may apply.
• Opt-out: Reply STOP at any time to stop messages. Reply HELP for help.
• Carriers: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Privacy: See our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share opted-in mobile numbers or consent with third parties for their own marketing.

Recording consent

Maryland is an all-party consent state for call recording. Every call through our system discloses at the outset that it is AI-assisted and may be recorded; proceeding with the call constitutes consent. Records of disclosure and consent are retained as required by law.
