Maryland is an all-party consent state. Any call placed or received through our system begins with a disclosure that the call is handled by AI and may be recorded. By requesting a demo call, you consent to receive that AI-generated call and to its recording for quality and demonstration purposes.
We send texts only to numbers that have opted in. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out; reply HELP for help. See our SMS & AI Disclosure page for full terms. We do not share opted-in mobile numbers or consent with third parties for their marketing.
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate (telephony, scheduling, analytics) under confidentiality obligations, or where required by law.
We retain information as long as needed for these purposes and to meet legal obligations (consent and call records retained as required by law). We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information.

This section covers apps made by C-Suite Technologies, currently Found, which finds your files by asking for them in a plain sentence. When we release other apps that work the same way, they will be listed here.
Only what you choose to connect:
Only to provide the feature you are using: finding your files when you search, sorting them into groups, showing previews, and opening, sharing, printing or emailing a file when you ask.
On your device only, in the app’s private storage, protected by your device’s encryption and left out of device backups. Our apps have no servers that receive your data. We never receive, see or store your files, emails, searches or anything the app learns from them.
None. A file leaves the app only when you tap Share, Email, Print or Open, and goes only where you send it. No ads, no selling, no data brokers. Your data is never used to train or improve any AI model, and no person at C-Suite can see it.
Our apps’ use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. The use of information received from Google Workspace scopes will adhere to the Google User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
In plain words: we use your Google Drive files and Gmail attachments only to help you find, preview, open, share, print and email them. That information stays on your device. We do not send it to ourselves or anyone else, use it for ads, sell it, let any person read it, or use it to train AI models. Access is read-only: our apps cannot change, send or delete anything in your Google account, and you sign in on Google’s own page, so we never see your password.
Our apps are not directed to children under 13.
